To begin with, what is your position at Net4All and what does it entail?
My position at Net4All is MS Expert / Process Run Manager. To put it simply, my job is to make sure that the Run tasks are executed in the best possible way in order to meet the needs of our customers. I’m also an expert on the various solutions we offer, such as Exchange / Web / SQL / Veeam and so on…
What is your background and how long have you been in this position?
I’ve always been very interested in new technologies and very comfortable with them, which naturally led me to make this my career choice! I completed my apprenticeship at ETML, and during that time I had the opportunity to do a 6-month internship at Net4All. At the end of my training, Net4all asked me to join the support team. As a result, I’ve been with Net4All for 3 years now.
What is your typical day like?
I don’t have a typical day, but if I had to try to summarise my activities, it would include the following tasks: responding to different customer requests, resolving incidents, improving our Run process and tools, carrying out customer projects, etc. I also take advantage of the continuous training on new technologies.
What do you like most about this job?
What I like the most is the evolution. Our business is in perpetual transformation, so we have to adapt while constantly learning new things. In short, there is no time to get bored.
What motivated you to join Net4All?
It was definitely the internship I completed during my studies. That’s when I got to know the team and directly understood that I would feel at home at Net4All.
On a personal level, what do you enjoy doing?
I like a lot of things, but I especially love travelling, video games and beer!
